Project Development Director/Manager (Nationwide)
Job Description
Assist the head of Project Development to develop action plans based on the company strategy and independently execute projects in East, South and North China and surrounding markets.
Provide feasibility and financial analysis of potential projects and conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Responsible for overall project planning, working with the team to develop and implement marketing plans and sign new hotel management agreements.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners and potential investors while developing partnership plans.
Provide ongoing management of projects and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth progress.
Manage or provide ongoing support for other projects as required.
Skills & Qualifications
College degree is required. A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or Finance is preferred.
Minimum of four years' experience in project management, hotel management, or real estate development, with strong business negotiation skills.
Professional work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Flexibility to travel as needed.
Familiar with the marketing landscape in East, South, and North China, and the ability to acquire and develop potential clients using his/her own resources.

Responsible for new hotel openings and daily management of existing properties. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver operational KPIs and improve financial performance.
Lead the team to create a positive working environment and continually improve customer service and satisfaction.
Responsible for talent training, optimizing the structure of the management team and implementing the talent localization strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
College degree in hotel management or a related field is required.
Experience in the operation and management of international luxury or premium hotels.Experience with hotel or resort openings is preferred.
Unique observations and insights, together with the strong decision-making and communication skills needed to seize marketing opportunities and increase revenue.
